GRADATIONS

How to order and lay

COVERING WITH MOSAIC TILES IN GRADATION IS ONE OF THE MOST STUNNING DECORATIVE OPTIONS THAT CAN BE CHOSEN.

VITROGRES GRADATIONS ARE SPECIALLY DESIGNED BY OUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT TO GET A UNIFORM GRADATION EFFECT THAT CANNOT BE ACHIEVED WITH OTHER MATERIALS.

VITROGRES WILL SUPPLY YOU WITH A DRAWING AND DESIGN ADAPTED TO THE SURFACE THAT YOU WANT TO DECORATE FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO INSTALL IT. AT THE SAME TIME, EACH LEVEL OF GRADATION HAS BEEN PRODUCED IN A RANDOM WAY SO THAT THE GRADATION EFFECT IS THE APPROPRIATE ONE.

Step 1

THE SPACE

•   WE ARE BEFORE A SURFACE TO BE COVERED WITH MOSAIC TILES

•   FOR THIS EXAMPLE, WE ARE GOING TO TAKE A POOL WITH DIFFERENT DEPTHS WHERE WE WANT TO COVER BOTH THE FLOOR AND THE WALLS

Step 2

CONFIGURATION OF GRADATION

•   FIRST WE MUST CHOOSE THE GRADATION MODEL THAT WE WANT TO ORDER

•   A VITROGRES GRADATION IS MADE UP OF 10 LEVELS

•   VITROGRES ALLOWS YOU TO ORDER THE FULL GRADATION WITH 10 LEVELS OR ANY LEVEL RANGE CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER (FROM LEVEL 1 TO LEVEL 6, FROM LEVEL 4 TO LEVEL 10, ETC.)

•   A VITROGRES GRADATION MAY BE ADAPTED TO ANY HEIGHT AND / OR LENGTH, YOU JUST HAVE TO REMOVE OR ADD TILES OR SHEETS TO EACH LEVEL

•   THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT OF VITROGRES ALWAYS DELIVERS WITH ITS GRADATION PROJECTS A DRAWING WHERE THE AMOUNT OF SHEETS AND TILES TO BE LAID IS SPECIFIED FOR EACH LEVEL ACCORDING TO THE CHOICE OF THE CUSTOMER AND THE MEASURED PROVIDED

Step 3

GRADATION AREA

•   WE WILL DEVELOP THIS EXAMPLE WITH A FULL GRADATION MADE UP OF 10 LEVELS

•   THE GRADATION AND ITS LEVELS ARE DEVELOPPED TAKING AS A REFERENCE THE HIGHEST PART OF THE SURFACE (IF IT IS GOING TO BE LAID IN VERTICAL POSITION) OR THE WIDEST PART (IF IT IS GOING TO BE LAID IN HORIZONTAL POSITION)

•   LEVEL 1 IS USUALLY LAID ON THE FLOOR AND THEN THE HEIGHT IS DIVIDED BY THE REST OF LEVELS (9, IN THIS EXAMPLE)

•   THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHEETS AND TILES TO BE LAID PER LEVEL IS THE TOTAL HEIGHT DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF LEVELS

Step 4

LET'S COMPLETE THE AREA

•   THIS GUIDE IS GOING TO BE USED TO DEVELOP THE DIVISION IN LEVELS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE AREA TO BE COVERED, SO THAT THE POOL IS DIVIDED IN LEVELS

•   ANY PART HAVING THE SAME HEIGHT IS COVERED WITH THE SAME LEVEL (LOOK AT LEVEL 7 OF THE EXAMPLE)

Step 5

GRADATION ARRANGEMENT

•   NOW WE CAN COVER THE SURFACE WITH THE MATERIAL BY SIMPLY COMPLETING THE DIVIDED AREAS WITH THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL

•   WE MUST LAY THE NUMBER OF SHEETS AND TILES SPECIFIED ACCORDING TO THE MEASURES

Step 6

FINAL LOOK

•   THIS WAY, THE OUTCOME IS A UNIFORM AND HOMOGENEOUS LOOK AND A TRUE "GRADATION EFFECT"
